Chief Hospital Operations Manager

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage hospital operations and nursing/midwifery teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resource allocation, patient flow, emergency management, and safe practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage hospital operations and nursing/midwifery teams.
- Lead and coordinate the development of operational plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with directors of nursing/midwifery to uphold professional standards, codes, and behaviors as legislated by NMBA, AHPRA, and Eastern Health Policies/Values.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff in relation to operational matters.
- Support the effective functioning of hospital departments through efficient management of resources.
- Current Nursing registration with AHPRA.
- Post Graduate qualifications or working towards them.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Commitment to high-quality care.
- Ability to work within a diverse team.
