Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Student Advice Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional student services.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a student services team, coordinating academic administration functions, and providing high-level service to STEM College students.

About the Role

The Student Advice Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing resources and rostering
  • Coordinating quality assurance and performance monitoring
  • Providing coaching and training to ensure the team's competence and confidence in delivering agreed benchmarks

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated high-level understanding of academic administration and student service operations
  • Proven rapport building skills with ability to provide support and coaching to shape a collaborative team
