About The Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative functions in a student enquiry and enrolment services team. The position requires delivering exceptional customer service, performing administrative tasks, and providing complex or technical enrolment advice.

The successful candidate will provide outstanding leadership through coaching and mentoring staff to achieve high productivity levels and work standards within the team. They will also focus on delivering excellent customer service and a positive enrolment experience via multiple channels.

As a key leader, this individual will assist in managing work, rosters, and systems used by the team. They will also provide expertise to ensure effective team activities.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Applicants must hold an Undergraduate Degree or equivalent business or customer service experience.
