Student Services Team Leader

A team leader is required to manage student services, ensuring a positive experience for students throughout their lifecycle.
About the Role:This front-facing position supports academic success and student satisfaction by coordinating support processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with various teams to uphold compliance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of student services officers to deliver exceptional student services.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing development for student services staff.
- Enhance student experiences through smooth orientation, enrolment, and graduation processes.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with academic and administrative standards.
- Maintain accurate student records and use feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Candidates must have previous experience in people leadership and management, as well as proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines are essential.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are required, along with a customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
The ideal candidate will also have attention to detail and understanding of compliance, records management, and data integrity, as well as the ability to collaborate in a team environment and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
