Senior Asset Optimization Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in the Mining and Resources sector to contribute to a critical mining project.
The Role- Support a culture that prioritizes safety, productivity, quality, sustainability and discipline in work practices.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups and one-on-one sessions to gather information required for project deliverables.
- Engage key stakeholders to resolve issues and challenges related to asset management projects.
- Collaborate on delivering high-quality project results and reports on time.
- Cultivate positive relationships through effective communication, feedback and consultation.
- Hold an Engineering or Trade qualification complemented by post-trade training.
- Have experience in the Mining and Resources sector.
- Possess a strong Maintenance Planning background.
- Understand Master Data Standards and Processes.
- Be proficient in Maintenance Management and Reliability Concepts (FMECA, RCM, Criticality Analysis etc).
- Utilize SAP, particularly in Plant Maintenance.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Achieve a balanced approach between safety and production.
- Develop your skills in asset management and maintenance planning.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
