Key Role Summary

The role of Head of Property Management is a senior leadership position that requires strategic planning and execution to optimize the efficient occupation of physical and financial assets. This encompasses over 750 stores, offices, and distribution centers across Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement strategies for effective management of lease obligations, trade partners/contractors, costs, and terms.
  • To maintain a forward view on occupancy costs, identify opportunities, and manage risks.

This includes managing a large portfolio of properties, overseeing lease administration, and ensuring facilities are effectively maintained.

Requirements:

We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in property management, preferably within the retail or customer-facing industries. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in senior property management roles.
  • Expertise in property portfolio management, including leasing, lease administration, and facilities management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Successful experience in leading large transformation programs.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
