As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing operational efficiency within the portfolio. To achieve this, you will need to conduct thorough market research, identify process improvements, and recommend strategic initiatives.

A strong understanding of commercial property regulations, leasing practices, and local market dynamics is essential for success in this role. We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve outstanding results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a current real estate license
  • Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Commercial Property Manager or Portfolio Manager
  • Showcase strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibit a proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
