About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Projects team, contributing to the delivery of high-impact projects.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing coordination and support for various projects, including collecting, organising and maintaining data relevant to ongoing initiatives.
You will work collaboratively with project leads and team members to ensure project milestones are met, playing an integral part in driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Collect and maintain data relevant to ongoing projects, coordinating and supporting various initiatives undertaken by the team.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and other relevant insights, analysing data and summarising findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Document Creation: Prepare and contribute to the development of presentations, reports and other documentation required by the Strategy team, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and professional presentation.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in an analytical or business field, ideally with 3+ years' experience in a strategic, commercial or consulting environment.
- A developing capability in consulting and strategic problem-solving, and a desire to learn more about the evolution of professional services and the business of law.
- Approachability and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong attention to detail, with an ability to independently manage competing priorities.
- Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think 'outside of the box' to find solutions.
- The ability to convey information, data, and knowledge in a clear, concise, confident, and credible manner.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; training in basic data visualisation is highly desirable.
- Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment and build relationships.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player, with confidence navigating ambiguity.
