Job Title: Administrative Support Clerk

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a busy office environment. Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining accurate records.

Administrative tasks may also include preparing correspondence, coordinating reports, and managing customer and contractor systems.

  • Answering and making telephone calls, responding to emails, and taking messages as required.
  • Greeting and assisting walk-in visitors in a professional manner.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Good standard of data entry skills and an eye for detail.
