Job Description:

As a key leader in our diagnostics business, you will be responsible for driving strategic account planning and capability building.

Collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions Director to develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring increased success in opportunity outcomes through effective customer engagement.

Develop and implement TSD capability strategies, aligning required resources and gaining support of activities determined through Key Opportunity Planning.

  • Support sales and profitability targets, achieving targeted opportunity close KPIs.
  • Forecast and report on key opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Upstream
  • Drive business growth by achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensure timely forecasting and reporting of key opportunities.
Downstream
  • Participate in strategic sales planning and execution of agreed activities in targeted opportunities.
  • Develop technical solutions and design expertise for Abbott Automation, Alinity, and AlinIQ across the APAC TSD teams.
  • Lead the Area TSD team to achieve key opportunity targets.
  • Build ANZ TSD capability to position the value of Abbott's solution.
  • Contribute deep laboratory, analytical, and automation systems knowledge.
  • Coach the TSD team, manage skill development, and work with marketing to gather competitor information.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in clinical diagnostic, healthcare, operational engineering/design discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in laboratory/commercial roles.
  • Leadership & Team management experience.
  • Prior experience in IACC/Haematology/Automation disciplines preferred.
