The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record in commercial acumen. They will be responsible for driving sales performance through effective sales plans, delivering in-clinic efficiencies, and managing teams to achieve alignment and performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and develop teams to achieve commercial goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence
  • Integrate retail customer journeys and value propositions into the area

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. They will also have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multisite/region retail experience.

Requirements
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or valid working rights
