Building Services Associate Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our building management team.

About the Position:

  • Support the Building Manager with daily tasks, encompassing property maintenance, waste disposal, and administrative duties.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for strata meetings and weekly updates, including defect reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software applications.
  • Previous experience in administration is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and motivated approach to work.
  • Superior customer service skills and good communication and organisational skills.
