About the Role

The Building Associate will assist our site supervisors and project managers to ensure construction projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This is a full-time permanent position, with a minimum of 38 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in planning building works
  • Support compliance with building codes, standards, and WHS legislation
  • Monitor progress and report on project status
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, schedules, and work programs
  • Provide on-site supervision support as required

Skills & Experience Required

  • AQF Diploma or higher in Building and Construction (or overseas equivalent)
  • At least 2 years' relevant industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of Australian building regulations and WHS requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Current driver's licence
