Sales Representative Japanese Language Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of client businesses through directories and market research
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, employer's goods, services, and competitors' offerings
- Visit clients regularly to establish and pursue selling opportunities
- Assess customer needs and effectively communicate relevant products and services
- Promote high-quality ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients
- Quote and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts, while maintaining accurate records
- Arrange delivery, installation, and provision of services, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Provide regular sales updates to management and analyze marketability of ICT offerings
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on purchases, modifying services as needed, and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintain detailed sales reports and submit business expense records in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential for success in this role
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service at all times
- Billing development experience is highly desirable, as is identifying leads and finding effective solutions
