Your Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead sales growth in Victoria
  • Ensure state sales targets are met on a regular basis
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base
  • Regularly review the team's customer portfolio to ensure an optimal mix
  • Work closely with State Managers to develop innovative offers for the sales team
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers to drive sales and profit growth
  • Provide training and coaching to the team to ensure clarity on job expectations
  • Explore new business opportunities and build partnerships with stockists

About You

  • You have extensive experience as a Sales Manager in a rapidly growing SME
  • You have a solid track record of business growth and profitability
  • You possess strong commercial acumen and can interpret sales data
  • You can apply market intelligence to sales strategy
  • You can research and present ideas to Senior Management
  • You have excellent negotiation, solution selling, and stakeholder management skills
  • You have strong computer and analytical skills
