About the Role

The Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ministerial Support Officer to join their team. As a key member of the Ministerial Office, you will provide administrative support to the Ministerial Officers and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide principal administrative tasks, including printing briefing papers, assembling files, scanning signed documents, and updating workflow and records systems.
  • Handle sensitive ministerial correspondence and briefings, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Manage databases and systems to ensure accuracy and security of information, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Act as a professional point of contact with staff and clients, responding to enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Draft and format correspondence and documents, ensuring that all materials are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ministerial correspondence, liaison, or senior executive support.
  • Experience working within the Government will be favored.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with high-priority materials.
