About the role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Ministerial Officer to join our Ministerial & Executive Services, Office of the Commissioner. The successful candidate will support the Manager, Ministerial and Executive Services, in providing correspondence and briefings to the Minister for Police. The role involves preparing, coordinating, and reviewing correspondence, briefings, and other documentation to ensure quality, relevance, and timeliness.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate correspondence and briefings for the Minister and other senior executives
  • Review and edit documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager, Ministerial and Executive Services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and stakeholders
