  • Lead funding growth through strategic tendering and grant acquisition

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing impact-driven tenders and grants
  • Shape cross-sector collaborations to advance community services and outcomes
  • Implement data-informed decision-making to drive innovation and improvement
  • Develop and manage systems for tender and grant identification and submission
  • Lead high-performing teams to produce compelling, evidence-based proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with funding bodies and philanthropic partners
  • Contribute to programme evaluation and impact reporting frameworks
  • Support research and innovation projects that drive community outcomes and advancement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tender and grant strategy, preferably in the community sector
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
  • Excellent written communication tailored to government and philanthropic audiences
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-informed decision-making
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Social Impact, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading successful tender and grant submissions
  • Experience working across complex organisational structures and with external partners
  • Strong understanding of funding landscapes in government and philanthropy
