Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of marketing and event initiatives. This role will coordinate high-profile trade show participation, strategic sponsorships, and various targeted events that drive engagement and awareness.

About the Role

  • Coordinate high-profile trade show participation and strategic sponsorships.
  • Plan and deliver various targeted events that drive engagement and awareness.
  • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders across the defence, space, and government sectors.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver and evaluate a range of events.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and communications.
  • Experience working within corporate sponsorship frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Special Conditions

This is a contract/term vacancy up to 24 months. The incumbent is required to enter into a performance agreement. Work outside of normal hours will be required and the position may require interstate and international travel involving overnight absences.
