Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Support branding and communication activities to position REDARC Defence & Space as a market leader.
  • Support the execution and delivery of an annual advertising and promotional schedule for the Defence & Space markets that is aligned with strategic initiatives. Liaise, and manage the relationship with relevant media and publications.
  • Support the execution of in-depth market research and data analysis to drive new product development.
  • Execute marketing strategies for new product and capability launches and other nominated events such as Tradeshows, and report on ROI.
  • Collaborate with the REDARC Electronics ANZ marketing team in creating content for new product releases, websites, online marketing, and social media.
  • Support the Defence & Space marketing and sales teams with relevant sales and distributor activities.
  • Coordinate and execute consumer and tradeshow calendar and ensure relevant collateral is available for the Sales Team at the shows.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers, including sponsorships, ambassadors and agencies to deliver outcomes.

What you will need:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar.
  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing role with proven execution of integrated marketing campaigns (including digital and social).
  • Proficient written communication and creative writing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Team player willing to assist in all areas of the business.

Clearances

As a Defence employer, applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain andmaintain appropriate clearances. The requirements for this role include a police clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.
