Project Coordinator Role

The position of Project Coordinator is a permanent full-time role in our Defence division to support a new contract for Property and Asset Services across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

  • This project involves managing projects arising from estate maintenance request activities, survey and quote activities, and estate works requests across multiple defence bases.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in coordinating projects, preferably in Defence or a similar industry, and experience with estate maintenance request activities, survey and quote activities, and estate works requests.
  • The successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
About the Job

This job is designed to support a new contract for Property and Asset Services across South Australia and the Northern Territory. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in coordinating projects and strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and standards.

The role involves coordinating projects arising from estate maintenance request activities, survey and quote activities, and estate works requests across multiple defence bases.

The successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project coordination software tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
