We are seeking a motivated individual for the position of Regional Sales Executive, focusing on field sales, expansion, and client management across the designated regions.
Reporting directly to the Sales and Revenue General Manager, this role is designed to optimise sales capabilities within the assigned areas by fostering robust relationships with current clients, enhancing brand visibility, and discovering new business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
As the Regional Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will encompass:
Crafting and executing customised sales strategies for major accounts to meet their unique requirements. Cultivating relationships and driving growth with key clients through consistent communication and insightful updates, aiding them in achieving their objectives. Delivering comprehensive training sessions for agents through weekly meetings, client demonstrations, product briefings, and ongoing digital strategies. Ensuring effective use of marketing materials and overseeing the distribution of brochures in the region. Identifying and pursuing new business ventures, assessing the return on investment for potential trade shows and events, and participating when advantageous. Attending industry events, trade exhibitions, and training opportunities as necessary. Keeping precise records of sales activities in the CRM system, including training sessions, appointments, tasks, customer feedback, and other sales-related activities. Managing the Sales Executive Budget efficiently while adhering to established guidelines.About You
We are looking for a seasoned and professional sales expert who consistently achieves results. The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience in a sales-focused role with a proven success record. Knowledge of strategic development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Flexible communication and work style to adapt to the evolving needs of stakeholders. A commitment to ongoing process enhancement through constructive feedback and thorough analysis. Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative skills, capable of managing demanding workloads with changing priorities. A solid customer service orientation and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to collaborate effectively in teams and independently, communicating across all levels of the organisation. Experience in planning, booking, and managing complex travel arrangements. Prior experience in the Travel and Tourism sector.Benefits
