Senior In-House Commercial Lawyer

A seasoned legal professional with approximately 5-10 years of post-qualification experience is sought for a comprehensive in-house role.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and drafting skills, and the ability to handle complex contracts and transactions.
They will also be able to contribute to dispute resolution and litigation management, working closely with a Senior General Counsel and other stakeholders.
This position offers significant responsibility and opportunity for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-level corporate/commercial work, including negotiation and drafting of complex contracts.
- Manage broad commercial matters, develop and manage dispute resolution, and provide legal advice on commercial contracts.
- Handle litigation/dispute resolution work as part of a broad in-house function.
- Collaborate with a Senior General Counsel, manage stakeholder and supplier relationships, and utilize a broad set of legal skills.
- Minimum 5 years and up to about 10 years of experience in the commercial legal field, either in-house or at a strong law firm.
- Background from top-tier or mid-tier firms or in-house with a strong commercial focus.
