Our company is seeking a senior lawyer to join our in-house legal team. As a commercially minded lawyer with 5-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading a diverse range of projects, including complex contracts and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a small team environment
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Work alongside a highly respected Senior General Counsel
- Utilize broad legal skill sets, including contract negotiation and drafting, deals involving importing materials, intellectual property work, and building AI and digital capabilities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years and no more than 10 years of experience working in the commercial legal field, either in-house or for a strong law firm
- Strong technical skills and commercial acumen
