Job Overview

This is a dynamic and challenging role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers.

As a Check-In Crew member, your duties will include greeting customers warmly, processing travel documents, assigning seats and issuing boarding passes, managing baggage, assisting with gate boarding, and handling passenger marshalling and disruption management.

You will make a significant impact on travellers' journeys by ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.

  • Assist with gate boarding procedures.
  • Marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed.

About You
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
  • Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
  • Ability to work shifts spanning 04:30 - 21:00.
  • Commitment to a minimum of 32 hours per fortnight.
  • Availability for 2 weeks of full-time paid training.
