Key Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our APAC Solutions Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and implementing our Agentic and Conversational AI solutions in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, enterprise integration patterns, and agent orchestration. They should also have experience in managing executive relationships and leading complex, high-value deployments across financial institutions.

  • Lead the delivery and implementation of our Agentic and Conversational AI solutions in the APAC region
  • Own executive-level relationships with strategic clients and ensure our solutions consistently exceed client expectations
  • Build, lead, and scale the APAC Solutions Engineering team, emphasizing technical excellence and innovative client solutions
  • Foster strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure alignment of customer needs with product roadmap priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 12+ years of experience leading delivery, solutions engineering, or implementation teams within enterprise software, AI platforms, or financial services
  • Demonstrated success managing executive relationships and leading complex, high-value deployments across financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, enterprise integration patterns, and agent orchestration
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable deployments, with fluency in APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data security
