Career Opportunity in Sales

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Casual Merchandiser. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing the company in the Grocery channel, negotiating, selling, and building displays to optimize store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Store Managers. They will also be physically able to lift stock for building of displays and utilize our creative point of sale materials.

A valid driver's license and safe reliable motor vehicle are essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in using a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays is required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking for a career in sales and are eager to develop their skills and knowledge. You will have the support of a Territory Sales Manager, but will need to work autonomously to achieve commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and sell products to Stores
  • BUILD DISPLAYS TO OPTIMIZE STORE PRESENCE
  • Utilize creative point of sale materials
  • Collate data and photograph displays using a mobile device
  • Work effectively with Store Managers to achieve commercial outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Safe reliable motor vehicle
  • Ability to lift stock for building of displays
  • Proficiency in using a mobile device
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
