Job Title: Compliance Expert

We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Compliance Professional to join our Financial Markets Legal Team.

The successful candidate will be involved in preparing and negotiating key agreements, including ISDA agreements covering derivatives transactions. This role offers exposure to a sophisticated business environment, supporting institutional clients, and acquiring a sought-after skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with financial markets lawyers as required
- Updating key systems with relevant information and participating in associated risk control and data quality activities
