Job Description

As a senior security consultant, you will conduct gap assessments against DORA requirements and develop remediation plans.

You will design and implement ICT risk management frameworks and controls, lead or support resilience testing, incident response planning and recovery strategies (BCP/DR).

Additionally, you will develop and implement third-party risk governance aligned with DORA, coordinate with compliance, legal, IT security and vendor management teams and deliver training sessions, stakeholder workshops and compliance reporting.

You will also utilize GRC tools to manage risk registers, controls mapping and compliance metrics and liaise with EU regulators (EBA, ESMA, EIOPA) and internal audit teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth understanding of DORA and ICT risk frameworks
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, operational resilience or business continuity
  • Familiarity with European regulatory bodies (EBA, ESMA, EIOPA)
  • Proficiency in GRC platforms and risk management tools
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Experience in consulting or financial services is highly desirable
