
Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst role is a key part of our organization's success. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis to support business decisions and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver routine and ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present management reports with commentary on monthly performance against budget and forecast for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate annual enterprise planning and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
- Act as a focal point for cost-saving initiatives aligned with our Performance Improvement processes.
- Review business proposals and contracts, providing guidance on our approval processes.
- Provide accounting advice in line with relevant standards and compliance requirements.
- Drive financial process improvements and support implementation across business units.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated alignment with our corporate values.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (postgraduate). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of costing processes, residuals, recoveries, and rate impacts. Advanced financial and commercial analytical skills.
