About the Role
As a HR Business Partner, you will provide coaching, advice, and support to leaders regarding people management across the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for leading and governing key HR processes, developing and implementing best practice HR strategies, and managing transactional and operational activities for allocated business groups.
Your Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and determine the most appropriate HR solutions.
- Lead key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Develop and implement best practice HR strategies, policies, programs, and procedures.
- Manage transactional and operational activities for allocated business groups.
- Participate in global and local HR projects and initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a senior level HR generalist with experience in Human Resources. You should have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and a strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and legislation. You should be able to coach and influence a broad range of stakeholders and deliver results.
