Job Description

As a key player in our team, you will be instrumental in providing regulatory guidance, ensuring compliance and delivering valuable insights to employers.

  • Provide comprehensive education and information to employers on their legislative obligations to guarantee compliance.
  • Ensure employer feedback is leveraged to inform a robust program of continuous improvement and regulatory education.
  • Analyse and interpret employer data, examining its financial and organisational implications.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of employer education and compliance programs.
  • Cultivate effective and professional relationships with industry employers and their representatives, resolving enquiries, managing non-compliance escalations or resolution, and facilitating referral within the business as required.
  • Support regular reporting for the Employer Engagement Team on employer compliance, emerging trends, and regulatory opportunities.
  • Contribute to the operational plan for the relevant functional area.

Your background should demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience within a compliance, relationship management or regulatory environment.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to engage and consult with stakeholders in a confident and effective manner.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exemplary problem-solving skills with the capacity to investigate and evaluate.
  • Ability to present complex information concisely.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Corporate Governance is highly regarded but not essential.
