Compliance and Accreditation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Accreditation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of audit and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance and accreditation standards, and delivering high-quality services to our customers.

**Job Description**

You will partner with business managers to ensure that quality, audit, and accreditation activities are planned collaboratively and communicated effectively. You will also champion the implementation of new quality and accreditation systems, positively influencing their effective utilisation and impact on our strategic focus.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure employee adherence to correct practices, such as incident reporting and recording according to NDIS/C requirements.

- Identify current and emerging issues or trends, and manage organisational and individual risk through strong governance and quality across standards, safeguards, policies, and procedures.

- Manage reports for the General Manager, representing the progress of projects, strategic focuses, or other reportable activities relevant to quality and accreditation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Tertiary qualified in Quality Management or a related field, with experience in risk management and auditing.

- Demonstrated working knowledge of NDISC standards and accreditation process.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently to organise and prioritise workload.
