Business Support Specialist

The role of a Business Support Specialist involves providing administrative support to the sales team, managing CRM records, preparing documents, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth sales processes.

This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite).

A key responsibility of this role is to maintain and update CRM records, prepare quotes and proposals, coordinate client meetings and follow-ups, and provide light marketing support.

The successful candidate will be proactive, able to work under pressure, and manage competing demands. They will also have a growth mindset, be able to multitask effectively, and possess strong organisational skills.

About You:
  • 5+ years experience in a related role within the Commercial sector or Administration/Operation Managers from the residential industry seeking career advancement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, with a growth mindset - Complete training provided for the right person
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands
  • Able to multitask effectively in a changing work environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
