We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Sash Ferguson located in Mount Barker. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality individualized nursing care to our residents, including those with complex care needs such as wound and pain management.

Job Description

This is a permanent opportunity available, with the option to work across other Eldercare sites. You will have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor, ensuring that care provided delivers excellence in customer service to our residents.

Available Shifts

The available shift pattern includes:

  • Sunday 23:00 - 07:15
  • Monday 23:00 - 07:15
  • Thursday 23:00 - 07:15
  • Saturday 23:00 - 07:15
  • Sunday 23:00 - 07:15
  • Monday 23:00 - 07:15

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum 6 months postgraduate experience
  • A current AHPRA registration
  • At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse
  • Willingness to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on both weekdays and weekends
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff
