  • Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive team environment where all members feel valued and supported.
  • Conduct regular floor assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.
  • Mentor and guide team members in understanding how their contributions impact the store's success.
  • Evaluate and implement the Store Manager's vision for the store, effectively communicating it to team members.
  • Manage the hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding, to build a diverse and high-performing team.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and address knowledge gaps.
  • Lead performance management activities, including providing constructive feedback, facilitating recognition and rewards, and addressing performance concerns.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by monitoring guest engagement and product knowledge, collaborating with team members to maintain daily operations.
  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly, resolving problems and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.
  • Optimize inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, managing shrinkage, and coordinating product deliveries according to visual merchandising standards.
