
Warehouse Coordinator

This role involves providing administrative support to a team of tradespersons, ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.
- Assist with ordering and distribution of spare parts;
- Manage work orders and maintain accurate records;
- Compile inventory reports and requisition materials as needed;
- Prepare schedules and coordinate maintenance activities;
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Australian citizen with ability to obtain defence security clearance;
- Competent in advanced Microsoft Office applications;
- Experience working in a workshop environment;
- Accurate record-keeping and communication skills;
