We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to manage our warehouse operations, inventory, and deliveries — keeping our tools, materials, and equipment organised and ready for every job.

About the role

You'll oversee daily warehouse activities including stock management, tool servicing, and coordinating deliveries to our project sites. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations: receive, store, and dispatch materials and equipment
  • Ensure hazardous substances are stored safely and organised according to safety standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and tool calibration schedules
  • Deliver parts and equipment to job sites
  • Support project teams by ensuring warehouse readiness and efficient supply chain flow

What we're looking for:

  • Current Forklift (LF) and Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licences (essential)
  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements related to manual handling, equipment use, and transport safety
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of electrical parts and equipment
  • Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) certification
