Customer Service Leadership Role

About the Role:

  • Manage customer inquiries from multiple sources
  • Key orders as required
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary
  • Monitor team performance and maintain a consistent focus on customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for credit enquires
  • Develop and enhance the skills of staff members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Effective team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service
  • Proficient in CRM-based systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Zendesk (or similar CRM systems) is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the wholesaler industry model is highly valued
  • Previous experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems) is also desirable
