Job Title: Client Services Director

The Client Services Director will play a key role in managing campaign implementation for traditional media channels, driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Media Buying and Tracking: Manage data for media buying, tracking and reporting across traditional media channels, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Manager and Client Director as a key member of the team, fostering open communication and effective collaboration.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather data for competitor spend and creative analyses, along with tracking media industry trends and conducting desk research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Post-Campaign Reports: Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future improvement.
Requirements:
  • Traditional Media Experience: A successful candidate will have experience in traditional media, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Finance Processes Knowledge: Strong finance processes knowledge is essential for effective budget management and cost optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
