**Key Clinical Partner in Advancing Orthopaedic Surgery**

This is an opportunity to become a critical component in advancing orthopaedic surgery through the application of cutting-edge robotic technology.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Joint Replacement team as a clinical expert for Mako-assisted procedures. As a product specialist, you will serve as the primary technical and clinical guidance for surgeons and theatre staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and passion for surgical innovation. They must be confident in surgical/theatre settings, technically savvy with software and medical technology, and excellent communicators who can build trust with surgeons and hospital teams.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as the key point of contact for orthopedic surgeons during Mako-assisted procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Background in either orthopedic clinical support or biomedical engineering.
  • Robust knowledge in anatomical sciences.
  • Operational experience within surgical settings.
  • Possessing excellent communication skills to foster collaboration amongst multidisciplinary teams.
  • Individuals should possess adaptability, attention to details, and ability to operate under stress.
