Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Robotics Product Specialist to play a key role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons with the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Mako technology.

About The Role:

The Robotics Product Specialist will be responsible for ensuring optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries. This individual should have a strong clinical background and a passion for surgical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  • Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
