About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our delivery squad, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe deliveries to our customers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will be essential in providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license (for car or motorbike delivery) or a valid driver's license (even a Learner's Permit is okay) for E-Bike delivery.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle (or alternative transportation methods) for car or motorbike delivery.
  • Access to a smartphone for navigation and communication purposes.
  • An appetite for learning and a willingness to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
