Job Summary

The Linfox Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of designated payrolls for all Linfox Group wholly owned Australian entities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing allocated weekly national payroll, annual leave forms, and reconciliation of leave entitlements. You will also be responsible for processing new starters and terminations, maintaining all payroll records, assisting with payroll queries, and preparing and distributing weekly payroll Costing Reports to Site Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll, ideally within large and multifaceted environments
  • In-depth knowledge of associated industry legislations, awards, and best practices
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • An ability to handle high volumes of information and requests from a variety of business areas and stakeholders
  • An ability to systematically work through multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Experience working with SAP, Kronos, and other enterprise-level payroll-related systems
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
