Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our eCom Commercial Trading squad. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand artwork for our website properties, developing asset suites and landing page designs for ongoing and future campaigns, and collaborating with internal partners to provide campaign support and identify opportunities for optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, and email marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative, to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to ensure high-quality design work.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
