Position Overview

We're seeking a creative and innovative Digital Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with proficiency in design platforms like Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint.

This role requires a passionate individual who can develop and execute compelling visual content across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media reels, email templates, web banners, and other online marketing materials. Print-focused design includes creating and updating restaurant menus, long-form documents, and signage projects.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content aligns with Trippas White Group's brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and deliverables. Collaborate with other designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to produce high-quality work.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, continuously improving design techniques and exploring new creative solutions.
  • Support: Assist with presentations and pitches by creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and other supporting materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience in digital design, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
  • Portfolio: Portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
