Stock Fill Supervisor

As a key member of the Spotlight Retail Group (SRG), we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Fill Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising a team of up to 10 stock team members, ensuring all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner, and managing the stock receiving process.
The Ideal Candidate- High Volume or Big Box stock volume management experience is required.
- Experience with supervising a small team is essential.
- A passionate attitude that inspires team members to exceed goals is a must.
- Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills are necessary.
- Experience within warehousing environments is highly desired for this role.
