About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stock Fill Supervisor to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG). As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are fully stocked and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of stock team members to ensure efficient and accurate stock receipt and replenishment.
  • Manage the stock receiving process to ensure timely and accurate receipt of stock.
  • Support the Store Manager with stock-related tasks and provide expertise on stock management.
  • Adhere to OH & S policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

Requirements

  • High volume or big box stock volume management experience.
  • Experience supervising a small team.
  • A passionate attitude that inspires team members to exceed goals.
  • Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience in warehousing environments is highly desirable.
