The Role
As a Stock Fill Supervisor with Spotlight Retail Group, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of up to 4 stock team members to ensure efficient stock receiving and replenishment.
- Managing the stock receiving process to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Supporting the Store Manager with stock experience and expertise to drive business results.
- Adhering to OH & S policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High volume or big box stock volume management experience.
- Experience in supervising a small team to drive results.
- A passionate attitude that inspires team members to exceed goals.
- Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in warehousing environments is highly desirable.
