We're seeking a dynamic and organized Behind-the-Scenes Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue by organizing vouchers, wristbands, reserve signs, and booth/table assignments before opening.

Additionally, they will:

  • Ensure all opening and closing checklists are completed;
  • Check in regularly on booths, bottle service waitresses, and reception;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with the team;
  • Manage stock, props, walk-out presenters, and keep their station clean and tidy;
  • Stay across bookings, updates, and data entry;
